I feel like cost can be one thing that seems intimidating when transitioning to eco-friendly and natural products.
You've most likely already spent money to purchase all your household cleaning supplies, and now you're looking at getting ALL NEW natural supplies to replace your chemicals ones.
Surprisingly, your local Dollar Tree actually has most of what you need to at least make a bulk of your change! For under $15 you can replace just about every cleaner in your house with a with an eco-friendly natural option.
The best part? Everything is only ONE DOLLAR!

Here is your shopping list:
-Scrub brush
-Sponges
-Reusable gloves
-Microfiber cleaning towel
-Empty spray bottle
-Distilled white vinegar
-Lemon Juice
-Baking soda
-Coconut oil
-Rubbing alcohol
-Hydrogen peroxide
-Kosher Salt

Here are 10 everyday cleaners you can replace with these supplies:
1. Toilet cleaner: 1/2 c. baking soda, 1/2c. white vinegar. Let sit for up to 30 mins then scrub.
2. Glass cleaner: 1 c. rubbing alcohol, 1 c. water, 1 tablespoon vinegar
3. All-purpose cleaner: 50/50 combination white vinegar & water, add a splash of lemon juice for a fresh scent.
4. Disinfectant: 50/50 combination of rubbing alcohol & water
5. Carpet Cleaner: 50/50 combination of vinegar & water
6. Oxy clean stain remover: 1/2 c. hydrogen peroxide, 1/2 c. baking soda & 1 c. hot water. Soak your laundry overnight & wash next day to remove stains
7. Shower scum remover: 1 c. lemon juice, scrub with coarse kosher salt
8. Wood polish: 1 TBS coconut oil, a few drops of lemon juice. Rub down surfaces with a thin layer for a nice shine
9. Non-Wood Floor Cleaner: 1/3 parts vinegar, 1/3 parts rubbing alcohol, 1/3 parts water
10. Oven cleaner: 1/3 parts vinegar, 2/3 parts water, coarse salt & baking soda. Spray the whole oven with vinegar/water mix, sprinkle baking soda then coarse salt over baking soda, spray again with vinegar/water mix & let bubble and sit overnight. Scrub & clean next day with a sponge and spray one last vinegar/water mix to wipe clean.
